Abstract
The article features Ruby Dee, an African American actress in the U.S. It notes that Dee has performed in the theater and in film, written poetry and worked for the Civil Rights Movement. It adds that Dee's various achievements reflect the notion that people are not limited to their first talent and may continue to grow.
