Abstract
The article discusses the correlation between cannabis consumption and a variety of psychiatric conditions such as cannabis-induced psychosis (CIP). Topics covered include the lack of knowledge surrounding the detrimental effects of cannabis use, an increase in cannabis-related emergency department visits in 2015 according to the Washington Poison Center Toxic Trends Report, and the neurobiology of CIP.
