Abstract
An 8-mm catheter does not appear superior to 4-mm tip electrode for atrial flutter ablation. The potential advantage of allowing higher energy delivery on a larger surface is compensated by the lack of consistent contact with the endocardial surface. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
