Abstract
The article comments on the results of a study by Christie and colleagues on several rare but important patients with follicular lymphoma (FL) harboring both lesions at diagnosis. Four additional patients with myelogenous leukemia (MYC) translocations at presentation allowed the compilation of morphologic, immunophenotypic, cytogenetic and clinical features of FL patients with concomitant translocation of MYC and Burkitt lymphoma.
