Abstract
Describes the application of parallel bioassay to determine the extent to which the leucocyte chemotactic activity of the guinea-pig lymphokiner preparations is associated with their lumphocyte mitogenic, inflammatory and macrophage migration inhibitory activities. Evidence showing a clear dissociation of chemotactic activity from mitogenic and migration inhibitory activities; Similarity detected between the chemotactic and inflammatory activities.
