Abstract
The article discusses the use of the simplest dynamic model in a phase transition. It outlines how the process of hysteresis of temperature dependences, undamped concentration and temperature oscillations were observed and details the parametric analysis of a dynamic system as well as the analysis of the number and steadiness of steady states. It notes that dynamic models can be regarded as the simplest basic model of a first-order phase transition.
