Abstract
The article presents the author's views on epidemiological trend of chikungunya outbreak in Pakistan during 2016-2018. Topics discussed include chikungunya virus (CHIKV) spread mainly in tropical and subtropical regions, Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) and dengue, and presence of anti-CHIKV antibodies in rodents and human sera.
