Abstract
The article examines how general practitioners (GPs) can manage people with inflammatory arthritis, new-onset atrial fibrillation, heart failure, potential brain tumour and erythroderma. It mentions that primary care clinicians can address symptoms and signs of decompensation using loop diuretics and ideally arrange for relevant bloods and an electrocardiogram (ECG) to be performed, while seeking advice urgently from heart failure and cardiology services.
