Abstract
The article discusses French essayist, philosophical theorist and novelist George Bataille's views on German philosopher Martin Heidegger and Fascism. Bataille wrote the article "La Critique de Heidegger: Critique d'une philosophie du fascisme" at some point in the period 1934-37. Bataille was of the opinion that Heideggerian phenomenology reduces existence to desolated orderly equivalence.
