Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 67-year-old man who was implanted with a single-chamber implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) in 1996 for secondary prevention when he experienced ventricular fibrillation (VF) after inferior myocardial infarction. The ventricular tachyarrhythmia is being diagnosed as VF after detection of 30 FS/FT markers in the VF zone and receiving unsuccessful antitachycardia pacing while charging of capacitors.
