Abstract
This article describes a randomized controlled trial of an educational tool called "Living with Food Allergy" for mothers of young children with food allergies. The study aimed to improve quality of life, reduce anxiety, and increase self-efficacy in parents of newly diagnosed children with food allergies. The results showed that the intervention group, which received the educational tool, had significant improvements in quality of life and anxiety compared to the control group. However, the study had limitations, including a small sample size and a high dropout rate. Further research with a larger sample size is needed to confirm these findings. [Extracted from the article]
