Abstract
The article presents a case study of an old man with progressive shortness of breath on mild exertion that was taken to hospital because of a heart defect Cor Triatriatum Sinister. His electrocardiogram revealed that his left atrial (LA) is enlarged and the transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and cardio-vascular magnetic resonance (CMR) demonstrated systolic function with dilated LA. It discusses that this defect can imitate the heart disease mitral stenosis.
