Abstract
The article discusses the nonviscous vortical structures and the criteria of its initiation in the shock layer of supersonic conical gas flows. Topics include the flow structure near the V-shaped wings of various configurations, the role of the shock-wave branching in the presence of nonviscous vortical structures in the shock layer, and the use of Mach number and the Reynolds number to calculate the visualization of supersonic conical flows.
