Abstract
The paper presents a few aspects of processing, disposal and recycling of sludge, a product of wastewater treatment plants. First, emphasis is given to defining sludge and to determining its components; then we present a few treatment processes and methods to dispose treated sludge, as a useful product especially in agriculture.
