Abstract
A case study of a 47-year-old African man who was presented to the clinic with symptoms of hypopigmented lesions on face, scalp and trunk is presented. After Dermatological examination and skin biopsy it was found that the patient was suffering from Hydroquinone confetti-like depigmentation after the application if a he skin-lightening product that contained banned hydroquinone. A treatment with topical tacrolimus and other supplements were started however it showed no improvement.
