Abstract
The article discusses the case of a woman in her fifties with pustules on her right thumb and left index finger. The condition of the patient has improved after taking topical clobetasol propionate, calcipotriol and avoidance of trauma and then her hands worsened and plaque-type psoriasis developed on her body. She was diagnosed with acrodermatitis continua (of Hallopeau), a rare variant of pustular psoriasis.
