Presents information on a study which described the excitation effects of light and electric field on the electrical transport properties of CaGe:yttrium iron garnet epitaxial films. Room temperature-conductivity of the films; Method for increasing low-temperature conductivity of the films; Excitation of the high-conductivity state.
