Modified Fisch A Approach for Resection of Recurrent Jugular Foramen Meningioma.

Abstract
This is a video case of a modified Fisch A infratemporal fossa approach to an intraluminal jugular bulb meningioma. A 42-year-old male with a large posterior fossa WHO grade II underwent a retrosigmoid approach to resect the cerebellopontine angle component, leaving residual tumor at the jugular foramen, treated with chemoradiation.
