Abstract
The article presents the author's views on modernizing K-12 education. He says that the online education is becoming more popular and schools are adopting technological innovations in their daily practice. According to him, school libraries and school librarians should also adapt to these changes. He talks about the role of educational technology in the shaping the future of education, and also discusses other issues like budget cuts.
