Abstract
The article discusses the decision making behind the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency to not vaccinate migrants for influenza at the U.S. southern border. It also examines an investigation of the CBP by the U.S. agency the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
