Abstract
The article focuses on a study related to hair follicle formation and epidermal differentiation in mice influenced by non-keratinocyte synaptosome-associated protein (SNAP29). Topics discussed include no protein detected in control group Snap29 fl/fl/K14-Cre mice epidermal layers, increase in lower stratum corneum cells organelle remnants in normal group Snap29-/- epidermis as compared to control group, and more reduction in hair follicles of normal group.
