Abstract
The article reports that Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy may produce a wide range of cardiac phenotypes, often making the differentiation from other causes of cardiac hypertrophy such as hypertensive heart disease (HHD), aortic stenosis (AS), or athletes' hearts (AH) difficult scanner. Patient selection and diagnosis of F-KM, HHb, and AS based on family history, ECG, and echocardiography showing moderate hypes-trophy. Cine imaging was performed with a short axis stack and two long axis views: horizontal long axis and left ventricular outflow tract. Left ventricular ejection fraction left ventricular mass index, left ventricular end diastolic and end systolic volume index were analysed.
