Abstract
The article presents a case study of 70-year-female, presented with a bicuspid aortic valve and severe aortic stenosis. Topics discussed include surgical aortic valve replacement, and Medtronic Mosaic bioprosthesis and saphenous vein graft; diffuse anterior ST segment depressions revealed in transthoracic echocardiogram; and obstructing orifice of the Left main coronary artery by the valve stent.
