(Core aim of the workshop): The overarching aim of this workshop is to provide knowledge about, inspire, and generate insights on potential careers paths within the field of integrated care. It also aims to discuss issues related to and if there is a need for innovative roles, positions and careers that can contribute to the implementation and development of personcentred integrated care to maximise the health, wellbeing and independence of people, families, and communities. In this workshop, participants will be able to listen to and discuss with a wide variety of senior panel members about future prospects, lessons learned, potential career paths and opportunities in the field of integrated care. Background: Although the integrated care movement is evolving and growing stronger, early career professionals and researchers find it challenging to navigate their professional development and struggle to establish a career and position that contributes to the field's development.
