Abstract
The authors comment on a case study published within the issue of a 51-year-old man who presented with a Mobitz type I atrioventricular (AV) block coexistent with a myocardial bridge in the mid-portion of the left anterior descending (LAD) artery. Topics covered include the association of bridge with presence of Mobitz type I block, and the need to consider the possibility of age-related intermittent degenerative co-existing conduction disease in this kinds of cases.
