Abstract
The approaches to the synthesis of purine conjugates with N-(4-aminobenzenesulfonyl)-(S)-glutamic acid and N-(2-ammoethanesulfonyl)-(S)-glutamic acid by nucleophilic substitution of chlorine atom in 6-chloropurine derivatives have been developed.
