Abstract
The article presents a case study of a teenager with a penetrating injury to the right side of the neck with a broken sharp-ended casuanna stick. The patient developed progressive weakness and numbness of the right-sided limbs after one week of the accident. Wooden object penetrating injuries at the cranio-orbital region and dorsolumbar region of the spinal canal have been observed in the MRI scan.
