Abstract
The article presents a study which compared three different Normal Pooled Plasmas (NPPs) such as homemade, commercial frozen, and lyophilized, with all platform-reagent combinations used for lupus anticoagulant (LA) detection in the Piedmont region. Topics discussed include one of the major issues in LA detection of laboratories, LA classification, and comparison of dilute Russel Viper Venom Time (DRVVT) screening ratios.
