A case of a boy presented a history of repeated episodes of vomiting after his first hypothesis is a pre-renal injury due to hypovolemia. Topics include trace of haemoglobinuria and proteinuria, which could represent myoglobinuria and tubular injury; and Creatinine levels raised out of proportion to urea levels due to excessive leak of creatine from damaged muscle cells, which is converted to creatinine.
