Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 41-year-old woman with left cheek swelling of two years duration associated with on and off left‑sided headache. Topics include cellular smears stained with Haematoxylin‑Eosin and Papanicolaou stains showing cohesive clusters of plump ovoiding spindle cells forming tight whorls at places; and extracranial extra axial meningioma showing progression at a later date with an intracranial component.
