Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 11-year-old girl who was admitted to a hospital due to numbness and sudden loss of strength in her right arm which progressed to the right leg, hemifacial paresthesia and oral commissure deviation. It states that the patient was diagnosed with the syndrome of transient headache and neurologic deficits with cerebrospinal fluid lymphocytosis (HaNDL). It mentions that singlephoton emission computed tomography (SPECT) is useful for HaNDL diagnosis.
