Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 46-year-old woman who had developed a pruritic micropapular erythematous rashes in her right shoulder. She has used a topical application of Voltaren, which has caused her systemic allergic dermatitis resulting to thiamine after iotophoresis. The article discusses inzitan, a widely used formulation in Spain used for treating musculoskeletal pain and marketed in ampoules administered by intramuscular routes.
