Abstract
The article discusses a study on the comparison of benzodiazepines detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in oral fluid and urine samples obtained from drivers stopped during a roadside survey. The sensitivity and selectivity of the enzyme multiplied immunoassay technique was determined. The results show that benzodiazepines are detectable in oral fluid.
