Abstract
The article reports on the two partsongs by composer William Byrd. It mentions the involvement of Madrigals, canons and Consort songs along with lines that are in five parts and sources associated with musician Edward Paston. It also notes the commercial recording of the musical pieces which are for brass quintet.
