Abstract
A case study of a 3-year-old boy with a history of drowsiness and left eye redness is presented. He was diagnosed with juvenile choroidal xanthogranuloma that mimicks non-accidental injury through vitreous biopsy. No fundal view of the left eye due to a dense vitreous haemorrhage was found, while a thicker choroid temporally was showed by ocular ultrasound examination.
