Abstract
This article discusses the efficacy and safety of tofacitinib, a medication used to treat rheumatic diseases, in patients with oligoarticular enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA). The authors review previous studies and present a case study of a male patient with ERA who showed significant improvement after starting tofacitinib treatment. They argue that tofacitinib should not be limited to polyarticular forms of ERA and suggest that further research is needed to explore its effectiveness in a larger population of ERA patients.
