Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 69-year-old kidney transplant recipient with painless nodules on the left hand. It is reported that the patient was diagnosed with cutaneous phaeohyphomycosis caused by Pleurostomophora richardsiae. It details the clinical presentation, diagnostic procedures, and treatment, highlighting the rarity of this opportunistic fungal infection in immunocompromised patients.
