Abstract
The article presents a literature review related to the nonoperative treatment of midportion Achilles tendinopathy. The review aims to provide a clear summary of easily accessible information and evidences on the topic, based on various data about the patients. It is concluded that eccentric exercises have the most evidence of effectiveness in the nonoperative treatment of midportion Achilles tendinopathy compared to other nonoperative treatments of the disease. It also notes that more investigation is needed for the utilization of other techniques.
