Abstract
The article presents a case study related to 56-year-old woman has presented with new-onset gait unsteadiness, vomits, and a decreased level of consciousness, requiring orotracheal intubation. Topics include the concept of acute arterial pseudo-occlusion (PO) defines a flow artifact in CT angiography (CTA), the digital subtraction angiography that gives the appearance of occlusion at a certain level, and the vessel being permeable and the occlusion has localized at a more distal segment.
