Abstract
The case report of a 35-year-old male patient with pulmonary thromboembolism is presented, he was treated with rivaroxaban for heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. He presented to the hospital with shortness of breath and tachycardia, anticoagulant used was direct thrombin inhibitors (DTIs) lepirudin, and ELISA test.
