Abstract
The article describes the case of a sudden unexpected change of latency during median nerve phase reversal in a 71-year-old female patient with intracranial mass. The patient had complicated eclampsia with two seizure episodes. The cause of the sudden change was identified by immediate troubleshooting. The cause was identified to be post-stimulation delay of 1.0 division.
