Abstract
The article presents a case study of A 72-year-old woman who experienced a third intervention for the recurring occurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF) and sick sinus syndrome. It mentions that an understanding of the electrophysiological mechanism of non-PV foci triggering AF is provided by this case.
