Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 66-year-old woman with a history of palpitations and supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). Examinations revealed a normal heart with an ejection fraction of 62%, with ventricular overdrive pacing (VOP) response performed from the right ventricle during SVT2. Also noted is the likely diagnosis of atypical atrioventricular nodal reciprocating tachycardia (AVNRT) with two retrograde slow pathways (SP) and sinus rhythm cycle length (CL) alternation.
