Abstract
This article discusses the regulation of CD47, a protein involved in immune evasion, in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The study found that a specific microRNA, miR-101-5p, plays a role in regulating CD47 expression and immune cell response in DLBCL. High expression of miR-101-5p was associated with superior survival outcomes in DLBCL patients. The findings suggest that targeting CD47 through miR-101-5p modulation could enhance the effectiveness of chemoimmunotherapy and potentially benefit DLBCL patients. The article also highlights the importance of understanding the regulation of CD47 for the development of anti-CD47 therapies. [Extracted from the article]
