Abstract
Presents a study to determine the neurological and physiological deficits manifested as biochemical changes in the brain of dyslexics. Methods of obtaining localized proton magnetic resonance spectra bilaterally from the temporo-parietal cortex and cerebellum of men in dyslexic and control groups; Findings of biochemical differences in left temporo-parietal lobe; How interpretations suggesting the differences reflect changes in cell density.
