Abstract
Presents a study that solved the problem of equilibrium barrier formation in graded mercury-cadmium-tellurium (HgCdTe) heterojunctions by using an accurate computer model. Investigation on elevated temperatures and interdiffusion of doping concentrations; Importance of HgCdTe heterojunctions.
