Analyzes the composite floor tubes of recovery boilers used by the pulp and paper industry using the results of finite element modelling studies. Influence of the difference in coefficient of thermal expansion between carbon steel and clad material on determining the stresses in the tubes; Requirements for cracking of the composite floor from stress corrosion.
