Abstract
The article discusses a study to monitor acute promyelocytic leukemia (APML) which is characterised by the PML-RARA fusion gene. It mentions that study was done by diagnosis a bone marrow (BM) aspirate samples of patients which were treated with ATRA-idarubicin induction chemotherapy and a Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and DNA Q-PCR results were obtained. It also presents result and conclusion of this study.
