Abstract
Haematopoietic stem cell mobilisation followed by high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation for patients with sickle cell disease and myeloma All ASCT planning should follow a multi-disciplinary approach and include the patient's primary red cell, myeloma and transplant teams to optimise patient safety during ASCT.
