Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 61-year-old woman complaining of fatique and weakness for two weeks after a gastrointestinal illness with diarrhea. Her medical history and results of neurological examination, laboratory examination, cerebral tomography scan and neurological examination are given. The patient was diagnosed of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) with mild left-side muscle weakness and retained deep tendon reflexes.
